Summer at Borinski Farms
Summer in New Jersey means one thing – Jersey Fresh Produce! With flowers winding down we start with our home grown produce around the middle of July. You can find corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and eggplants just to name a few. We also have a wide selection of fruits such as peaches, nectarines, plums, watermelons and cantaloupes. And don’t forget the Vidalia Onions all the way from Vidalia, Georgia!
Nothing beats those hot humid days better than some fresh Jersey corn and tomatoes for dinner, don’t forget the peaches for dessert!
